4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

🔹 Before Purchase or Test Start – Full refund (minus transaction fees) if requested 24 hrs before test start.
🔹 After Purchase or Test Started – No refund once payment is complete and tests are accessed.
🔹 Errors or Duplicate Payments – Refunds are evaluated and issued within 3–7 business days after confirmation.

Refund methods vary depending on payment partner policies.
